Frequently Asked Questions

What types of file do you accept?
We prefer you to supply your image/artwork in a '.jpeg' format, but if you can't, just let us know!

How should I size my image?
Please size your image to the exact size of the product ordered. If you would like white space around your print, this needs to be included within that size.

Can you help me to make my image the correct size?
No problem! For example: If you would prefer to upload a photo direct from your phone, one of our team will resize it for you. If the image needs to be cropped to fit the dimensions required you will receive a proof via email to approve before we proceed.

How do I upload my image?
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation via email which will provide you with a secure link for you to supply us with any necessary image files.

What is the maximum file size you accept?
The maximum file is 2GB - if your file is larger than this, please contact us in advance.

Will you keep my uploaded images on file?
As soon as we have printed your order, your images will be removed from our system. Please ensure you keep copies of the files you supply - we cannot be held liable for loss of images.

Is my copyright protected when I order?
Yes, you always maintain the copyright ownership of any images that you supply us with.

Can you colour match?
We calibrate our equipment on a weekly basis to ensure colour accuracy. Every canvas and paper print that we produce is colour matched to the files you send us. Due to the variety of computer screens available, there may be colour variations from what you see on your monitor/device. If you plan on ordering a large quantiy, or a large print and are unsure of your colour settings on any particular image, we recommend ordering a small version first. This will give you the opportunity to see how the colours reproduce through our calibrated system - any fine adjustments can then be made to ensure that the results expected are achieved.

Can you deliver to my client?
Yes, just insert their name and address into the shipping address section.

I've seen a cheaper price elsewhere, will you 'price match'?
We've been in the industry a long time and pride ourselves in what we do. Our prices reflect the products we offer and the results that we continue to achieve. We do not 'price match'.

What is your turn around time?
Although our products are made to order, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days. Having said that, our customers regularly recieve their order earlier than expected. If your order is urgent or you need the delivery to be made on a particular day - contact us in advance and we'll do our very best to make you happy!

How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a flat rate of £6.99 for all UK deliveries - no matter of how many products are ordered to any one given address.

How will my order be packaged?
Canvas Prints are carefully wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and secured in a good quality card board box. Paper Prints are placed in acid-free tissue paper and sent out either flat in a strong cardboard envelope or rolled in a tube, depending on size and quantity.
